The following came in as a comment in reply a recent post, but definitely warrants its own post. Please take 13 minutes and 21 seconds to listen to Marshall Miles and Jill Goodman’s personal editorial on the region one board decision to curb parental content at their March 6 meeting. All of us at StopTheBlock thank Marshall and Jill for their coverage of local concerns at Robin Hood Radio.
Also, if you haven’t already seen it, yesterday’s Lakeville Journal features coverage by Bruce Paddock and several editorials (including an enlightening letter by a faculty member). If you’re not local, you can find the editorials here, otherwise, pick up a copy at any store in the area.
Finally, Ruth Epstein continues to serve the northwest corner in today’s Waterbury Republican-American with an article on the board’s decision not to hear comments on the block schedule and Lynn Mellis Worthington wrote about discussion of the 4×4 block schedule at Wednesday night’s Kent BOE meeting. Consider picking up a copy of the Repbulican-American as well.
